Hitec Industries - statusrapport pr des 2011
I forbindelse med at 2011 går mot slutten ønsker Hitec Industries som en informasjon til aksjonærer og marked å legge frem vedlagte statusrapport for selskapets virksomhet.
Hitec Industries has reached an agreement for the sale of Cetix Group AS to the Ulstein Marine Technology Group ("Ulmatec"). Cetix Group was established by Hitec Industries in 2006 and has had a solid growth since the start-up reaching an annual turnover in 2010 of more than NOK 90 million. Following the completion of the sale of Grègoire SAS to Same Deutz-Fahr the Shareholders Meeting of Grègoire AS has resolved to change the company name to Viti Invest AS. The corresponding ticker on the NOTC (Norwegian Over the Counter Market) listing is also changed from GREG to VITI.
